The MRC de Memphrémagog offers many different kinds of financial assistance to support businesses with their start-up and expansion projects. The MRC can also refer businesspeople to other sources of financing that respond to their needs.

Fonds d’investissement commun
This fund is the product of harmonizing and joining the FLI and SOLIDE funds administered by the MRC. It enables companies to ask for the MRC's assistance in the form of loans for start-ups, expansions, or consolidation.
Fonds de développement et de consolidation des entreprises d’économie sociale (FDCEÉS)
Financial assistance geared to contribute to the development and consolidation of organizations in the area of social economy.
Jeunes promoteurs (JP)
This program aims at helping junior promoters (ages 18 to 35) start up their first or second business by providing technical and financial support.
Soutien au travailleur autonome (STA)
The "Soutien au travail autonome" program aims at providing promoters with mentoring, technical advice, and financial support in developing and implementing their business projects.
Fonds microcrédit Desjardins
Credit program for businesspeople who do not meet the requirements for conventional financing.
This national charity provides pre-launch coaching, business resources, start-up financing, and mentoring to help entrepreneurs ages 18 to 34 to start a business.
Ministère de l'Économie, de la Science et de l'Innovation programs
The ministère de l’Économie, de la Science et de l’Innovation develops and implements a variety of financial and tax measures programs to support businesses and research organizations in the continuation or expansion of their activities (in French).
The Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) program is a federal tax incentive program to encourage Canadian businesses of all sizes and in all sectors to conduct research and development (R&D) in Canada that will lead to new, improved, or technologically advanced products or processes.
